Vikas Bhatia is Senior Technical Officer with C-DAC, Noida. He did his B.E in Electronics and Communication with 1st class from M.D.U University, Rohtak in 2006. He has worked with C-DAC Pune from Aug, 2007 to Sept, 2011. He has been working in the field of Speech and Natural Language Processing for more than 4 years. He has contributed his devotion in the areas of Machine Learning and Machine Translation System. He has designed and developed a prototype machine translation system for Hindi to English language. He has developed various multilingual software using C#, MFC C++.

Vineet Kumar Birla is Technical Officer with C-DAC, Noida. He is currently pursuing M.Tech.(CS). He did his B.Tech in computer science & information technology with 1st class from M.J.P.Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in 2004. He has been working in the field of Speech and Natural Language Processing for more than 7 years. He has contributed his devotion in the areas of Speech Corpora and Machine Translation System. He has designed and developed corpora and speech database for English and various Indian regional Languages. Renu Balyan has been working with CDAC-Noida for the last 4 years. She has a total experience of 12 years. Her areas of interest include Natural Language Processing (NLP), Data Structures, Computer Networks, DBMS and Java. She did her Mphil (CS) and MCA in the year 2007 and 1999 respectively. She is currently registered for her PhD at IIT, Delhi in the field of Machine Translation. She has been working in the field of Machine Translation (MT) and evaluation of Machine Translation systems for Indian languages for the last 5 years. She has published 7 National and 4 International papers so far.

Somi Ram Singla is Technical Officer (Computational Linguist) with C-DAC, Noida. He has been working in the field of Natural Language Processing for last five years. He has completed his M.A. in Linguistics and won Gold Medal for securing first position in the Punjabi University. He is doing Ph.D in the area of syntax. As a linguist he has worked in the area of Machine Translation, Morphological Analyzer, Part of Speech Tagging, Cross Lingual Information retrieval, Parallel corpus among Indian languages and development of linguistic resources for Indian languages. Chander Mohan is a Research Intern with C-DAC, Noida from 2007. He is working as a Punjabi Linguist. He has completed his M.Phil. (Punjabi) in 2004 and PhD in 2011. He has translated, transliterated and edited several books in Punjabi and Hindi of well known writers for various renowned publishers including NBT, National Book Trust, India. He is working on Indian Language Machine Translation, Cross Lingual Information Access projects.

Ambinu.V.S is a Junior Research Fellow at CDAC Noida from July-2011 onwards. He completed his MCA from CDAC Thiruvananthapuram, He has been working in the field of Multilingual computing for the last 10 months. Apart from that, he has undergone 6 months Training from Implementation department of CDAC Noida.
