Wireless Broadband Rural connectivity

The system would have two parts namely the Software Defined Base Station (SDBS) and the Software Defined Mobile Radio (SDMR). The Software Defined Base Station (SDBS) would provide access to broadband networks. The end user connectivity at the rural end would be provided through the SDMR which would access base station through wireless. The network would be used for Internet, VOIP and LAN interconnectivity between the various SDMRs and to the outside world, through the SDBS.

The system design is based on IEEE802.11b/g specifications.
