RFID based People Management System

The product is a hands free access control system. The product is an integrated solution of RFID based hardware and application software. The system will have multiple access points which will detect the presence of tags in the radio active region & try to find out the position of the person. The detection of UHF EPC C1G2 RFID tags, which are embedded inside the ID cards, is done by the UHF Reader. Once a tag is successfully detected by a reader it does 3 things.

1) It display the image of the user
2) It saves the data in a text file in the reader.
3) It sends the text file from the reader to the central server after a time interval (in case of overflow).

The central monitoring server transforms (ports) all such data from text files for consolidation.

The administrative activities like registration of user, Tag are done by administrator

Achievements: This project was successfully implemented at CDAC NOIDA.
