M Tech Division has
the AICTE Approved project Under MODROB scheme for two years 2008-2010).
The title of project is “Upgradation of VLSI Lab for Modeling of Deep
Submicron Devices for RF Applications”. The total cost of project is Rs. 8
lakhs and Chief Investigator is Dr. Arti Noor.
The following
candidates are registered for pursuing Ph. D :

Ms Shaweta Khanna :
She is working on SiC material and device characterization and its
application for high temperature Sensor. Her registration is in USBAS,
GGSIP University new Delhi.

Mr Sampath Kumar V.
: He is a part time research scholar and his area of research is “Reconfigurable
Computing Architecture” with focus on designing of reconfigurable
memory design. His registration is in UPTech University. Mr Sampath is
Assistant Professor in JSS University of Technical Education, Noida.

Kshitij Singhal : He is senior lecturer in MIT, Moradabad UP. His
research area is Development of Low Power System Architecture for
Wireless Sensor Node Implementation a SoC approach”

Ms Monika Jain : She
is Sr.lecturer at Amity University, Noida. Her research area is Clock
recovery algorithms in digital set-top boxes used in Terrestrial and IP
environment. She has been registered at BITS, Pilani (Off Campus)
