Web I18N Initiative for Indian languages
CDAC has been participating in Internationalization working
group at W3C to provide feedback on Indian languages for web standards
pertaining to Internationalization being developed at W3C. A discussion forum
has been developed to facilitate communication amongst the participating
institutions from India

To ensure that Web formats and protocols are open to all of the
world's languages, writing systems, character codes and local conventions.
